Christopher Kear is a Liberian, born unto the union of Mr. David Dior David and Mrs. Sarah Ferguson Kear on September 12th, 1982, in Tuobo, Maryland County, Republic of Liberia.
As a former refugee, and understanding the hardship and suffering that women and children are faced with on a daily basis, especially in Liberia, West Africa, Chris was moved to establish the “Kear Foundation” and the “Kear Communication Network” (KCN) in Liberia. Kear Foundation is an international humanitarian organization that strives to provide humanitarian support to under-privileged Liberians in the areas of education, health, agriculture, water, and sanitation, amongst others. The purpose of Kear Communication Network is to propagate the message and purpose of Kear Foundation across the landscape of Liberia.
Joe Baldassari has represented clients in the private practice of law since 1986. He has appeared before the Pennsylvania County Courts of Common Pleas (Civil Division and Orphans’ Court Division), and the Superior Court and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.
Joe has also represented clients in the New Jersey Superior Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court in New Jersey
Since the late 1980s, Joe has volunteered to represent dependent children through his affiliations with the Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia and the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
Joe has also been honored to serve as Judge Pro Tem in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas’ Arbitration Mediation Program.
I have a little over 8 years of leadership experience in organizational management, centered on employee relations, community services, crisis management and general administration. I also have a little over 6 years of similar supervisory experience in the human services field, working with population of mental and intellectual disabilities (I/DD) and case management with unique skills in dealing with youth and adults’ life skills development.
