Emmanuel Clarke, PhD, known as “Professor Clarke,” resides in Winston Salem, North Carolina. He is the CEO and Chairman of Clarke Publishing Group and is married with four children. His educational background includes an Associate in Computer Programming from Mercer County College, a BSc in Computer Engineering, and dual Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Management Information systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). He earned his Ph.D. in Human Centered Computing, focusing on Genetic Algorithms, Artificial Neural Networking, and Biomimicry.
Professor Clarke is an accomplished author of over 10 books, many of which are utilized in Liberian schools. He has taught at various institutions in the USA, including Mercer County College and Forsyth Technical College, and currently trains Liberians and other Africans in Cybersecurity at a significantly reduced cost. His dedication to service is exemplified by his 2012 initiative to develop Liberia’s first K-12 Technology Curriculum for computer literacy, offered pro bono to the Ministry of Education.

As a serial entrepreneur, Professor Clarke has founded several ventures, including ATEC MicroSystem, Clarke Publishing Group, CB Data Solutions Inc., and a partnership in LarManuel Systems, Inc. He has played a significant role in mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs and has created numerous job opportunities in both the US and Liberia.
