Joe Baldassari has represented clients in the private practice of law since 1986. He has appeared before the Pennsylvania County Courts of Common Pleas (Civil Division and Orphans’ Court Division), and the Superior Court and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.
Joe has also represented clients in the New Jersey Superior Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court in New Jersey.
Since the late 1980s, Joe has volunteered to represent dependent children through his affiliations with the Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia and the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
Joe has also been honored to serve as Judge Pro Tem in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas’ Arbitration Mediation Program.
Mike Furey and Joe established the law firm of Furey & Baldassari, P.C. in 1998. Joe has continued as a shareholder in the firm since its inception.
Previously, Joe worked as an associate attorney in the litigation department at the Philadelphia firm of Duane, Morris & Heckscher (now Duane Morris).
