OPERATIONS MANAGER

Moses O. Flomo is a Liberian, born unto the union of Mr. James Flomo and Mrs. Paar Flomo in the township of Paynesville, Monsterrado County, Republic of Liberia. His father was a Heavy Duty Driver and his mother was a local business woman that sells Palm oil.

He started his primary education at St. Paul Union Baptize Elementary and Jr. High School, SD Cooper Community in Monsterrado County, Liberia. He later migrated to Gardnesville, Monsterrado County and attended the Special Project Elementary and Junior high School from 1990 to 1992. Moses later moved to Paynesville and attended the School of Prime Systems (1992-1993), Paynesville Community High School (1993-1994), and Wells-Hairston High School, Gardnesville Branch (1994/95 & 1996), to acquire the rest of his High School education. In 2008 he matriculated at the African Methodist Episcopal University from whence he acquired his Undergraduate degree Business Administration (Management). He also obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration Degree, (Procurement & Supply Chain Management) in 2010. He holds other certificates in Computer software, and Cargo handling from the Liberia Agriculture Company in 2003, and in 2010, a high National Diploma in Secondary Education, National Teacher in-service Training.

At the end of his educational sojourn, Moses sought employment in government, private sector, NGOs and INGOs respectively. From March 9, 2021 – present –serving as logistics Specialist @ National Transit Authority (NTA), November 2020 – September 2021 –served as Logistic consultant/Coordinator @ Plan international (Liberia Office), April 2018- November 2020 –served as Revenue Focus Person @ National Transit Authority (NTA), January 2018 – May 2018 – Data analyst (River gee county), LLIN distribution, Christian Health Association of Liberia/ Global fund Malaria program. May 2016- March 2018: Operations Supervisor (OPS-2) (Procurement, Maintenance & Logistics) National Transit Authority (NTA).

April 2012- May 2016: served as County Field Officer (Grand Gedeh County), for Christian Health Association of Liberia (CHAL) for the implementation of the Global Fund Malaria program sponsored by (Plan-International ) serving as Principal Recipient (PR) 2011 – 2012: Moses served as Regional Supervisor (Grand Kru, Maryland and Grand Gedeh Counties) for Children Smile Network International for the implementation of the construction of the Rural Women economic empowerment centers 2004- Mid 2006: Moses served as Rubber Purchasing Agent, Liberia Agriculture Company (LAC) assigned in Nimba Country. Responsible for all purchase of rubber in Nimba County, Yarwein Mehnsonnoh District and Grand Bassa #3 C. In 2002- 2003 Production Clerk, Liberia Agriculture Company (LAC) Dispatcher, Liberia Agriculture Company (LAC) Moses taught in many high schools in and out of Monsterrado County, which include are the St. Micheal Catholic High School 2007-2010, Barclayville Central High School in Grand Kru County- 2011-2012, James N. David Seventh Day Adventist High School in Paynesville (2008-2009), Paynesville Central Academy (2007-2009), and Amos T. Taybior Institute 2006 – 2010.

Moses is Innovative, smart, courageous, intelligent, hardworking, and willing to work in difficult terrain and with others as a team player. He is also a self-starter. Maintains extensive experience in Operations Management, administration, Operations, project development, execution and closure, human resource development, strategic project monitoring, public relations, manpower, and personal planning and acquisition, and has good interpersonal relationships and works very well under difficult circumstances. I served as a motivation to the team and exhibited a high level of honesty in all activities.
