Daniel is a dedicated professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in youth counseling and behavioral support. He earned his Master of Science in Education (MSED) from Long Island University in June 2003, following his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of New Rochelle in January 2001.
From March 2015 to February 2025, Daniel worked as a Youth Counselor at the Zion Community Center in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, he facilitated team meetings to address program goals and challenges, planned and implemented engaging daily activities for children, and supervised staff interactions with participants. Daniel was committed to maintaining a safe and positive environment while communicating regularly with parents about their children’s progress. He also evaluated program effectiveness and organized special events to enhance the after-school experience.
Daniel also served as a Behavioral Specialist at Lifespire Inc. from June 2005 to February 2010. In this capacity, he conducted behavioral assessments, developed tailored intervention plans, and provided training to caregivers and educators on managing challenging behaviors. His work included crisis intervention and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support individuals effectively.
Moreover, Daniel is a dedicated clergyman and the founder of Mount Zion International Ministries, established in 2007, which now has branches in the US and Africa. In 2019, he was recognized with the Marquis Who’s Who in America award for being one of the most influential leaders in the country. Daniel has made a significant impact on youth across New York, New Jersey, Virginia, and Iowa. Additionally, he is an accomplished author, having written a total of 20 books covering both religious and secular themes.
